The 4th Meeting of the Board of Directors of District Rotaract Organisation 3170
to be held at Union Gymkhana, Camp, Belgaum on Sunday, 3rd April 2011 from 3.30 pm onwards.
Please note that the meeting will be follow the presentation ceremony of the District Sports Meet.
The Agenda for the 4th BoD Meeting of the DRO 3170 is as follows:
1. Confirmation of the minutes of the 3rd BoD Meeting of the DRO 3170 held on 29th January 2011 at Kolhapur.
2. Declaration of the Points Tally.
3. Bidding for Zonal Meets in Zone III, Zone IV and Zone V.
4. Report of PAULL, the 39th Rotaract Annual District 3170 Conference.
5. Discussion on measures to counter non-reporting and non payment of dues by clubs.
6. Discussion on Membership Development and member retention.
7. Declaration of Presidents and secretaries for 2011-12.
8. Declaration of DRR 2011-12.
9. Acceptance Speech by DRR 2011-12.
10. Bidding for Leadership Forum 2011.
11. Any other item with permission of chair.
Rotaract Clubs are expected to give details of their respective Presidents and Secretaries for 2011-12 at the Meeting.
DZRs are requested to follow up with the respective clubs within their Zones. |
